Vendor Booth - Official Agreement/Application
Space given is 10x10 feet; any additional space required must be approved by FestiVille committee. Additional space is $50.00
No food/beverage sales.
Commercial Booth Space = $100.00
There will be a limit of one home-based business. Spaces will be first come/first serve.
Non-Profit Booth = $50
Non-Profits must be a church or school, or provide proof a 501 C Classification.
110+ amps required. 1 Outlet is available to you. Additional electricity must be approved by the FestiVille Committee.
This is an outdoor event at DupreePark on Redmond Road. Spaces are 10' wide x 10' deep. Vendors are responsible for their own displays, tables, chairs, awnings, tents, etc. Space assignments will be made by the FestiVille Committee prior to 9/22/17. FestiVille hours are Friday 3 p.m. to 7 p.m. and Saturday 9 a.m. to 7 p.m. Vendor set up will be Friday 8 a.m. to 2 p.m. A security officer will be on duty.
I agree to park my vehicles in the area designated for vendors, thereby allowing easy access for potential customers. I agree to hold the management and sponsor (Jacksonville Parks and Recreation) of the FestiVille free from all liability and damage by reason of injury to person or property by the vendor, his help, or employees. Neither the management, sponsors, nor the CityCounty shall be responsible or liable for fire, theft, or breakage, whether caused negligently, willfully, or otherwise. I agree to keep my activity open according to the agreement with the FestiVille committee.
